Decode My Love is operated by Danview OÜ, registry code 17400850, Kopli tee 40-9, Peetri alevik, 75312, Estonia ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@decodemylove.app. By using the app you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Decode My Love.

Decode My Love offers interpretations of text messages and suggested replies. These are general guidance, generated by AI, and are not a certainty about another person's intentions, feelings or future behaviour.

The app is not therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.

Paid subscriptions cost $6.99 per week or $39.99 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period, and you are not charged again.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They do not renew and the credits do not expire.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If the app didn't work as described or didn't deliver what was promised, email hello@decodemylove.app and we'll make it right. This does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law of your country. You can cancel any subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You are responsible for the messages and text you paste or upload. Only submit what is needed for the decode, and avoid submitting other people's sensitive personal data beyond that.

Don't misuse the app: no attempting to break it, scrape it, resell it, or use it to harass or harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the app's interpretations or suggested replies, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are handled by the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we'll let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
