Decode My Love is operated by Danview OÜ, registry code 17400850, Kopli tee 40-9, Peetri alevik, 75312, Estonia ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@decodemylove.app.

• Your email address, when you create an account or sign in.
• Your quiz answers, including your attachment-style result.
• The messages you paste into the decoder, or the text extracted from chat screenshots you upload.
• Decode results and the reply drafts the app writes for you.
• The partner name or label, if you enter one.
• Usage analytics: which features you use, taps, and similar events.
• Browser and device type (for example "iPhone Safari" or "Instagram in-app browser").

When you upload a chat screenshot, the image is sent to our AI provider only to read the text out of it. The image itself is never stored — not in our database, not in file storage. Only the extracted text and the decode result are saved, in your decode history, where you can delete them at any time.

• To provide the service: decode your messages, write replies, keep your history.
• To manage your account, subscription and credit balance.
• To send you emails you asked for or that are part of the service (your analysis, sign-in links, receipts, and occasional tips or offers — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link).
• To understand how the app is used and improve it.

We do not sell your data. We do not use the messages you submit to train our own models.

We process your data to perform the contract with you (providing the app you signed up for), based on our legitimate interest in running and improving the service (analytics, product improvement), and — for marketing emails — based on your consent or our legitimate interest, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.

• Supabase — database and sign-in.
• Cloudflare — hosting and delivering the app.
• Stripe — payments. We never see or store your card number.
• Resend — sending emails.
• Google (via the Lovable AI Gateway) — AI analysis of the text you submit.
• Google — sign-in, if you choose "Continue with Google".

We keep your account data while your account exists. Decode history entries can be deleted by you at any time from the History screen. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (for example payment records).

Some of our processors are located outside the EU/EEA (for example in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, export it, and object to or restrict certain processing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@decodemylove.app. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Estonia: the Data Protection Inspectorate, andmekaitseinspektsioon.ee).
